“Last season as a club we started out on the journey of developing our own players for 1st team football by re-modelling the old 3rd team to a Development Team where the emphasis is very much on giving young players the opportunity to play and improve without fear of critisim or failure, the management team lead by Martin Brown are doing a fantastic job”
“Some of those players have already moved into our Reserve Team squad playing Devon League football under Marc Revell, some also represented the 1st team on a number of occasions such as Alfie Tucker, Finn Pearse & Joshua Clarke”
“Having been a successful club manager at various clubs over the last few years, I am pleased to accept the “Player Development Coach” position at Buckland Athletic. Going back to what I do best, coaching the players on the training ground and preparation for match day, also finding/helping develop new young players”
